Yazgur Lazar Semionovich Was born 7 June 1928 in Leningrad.
In 1953 Lazar Yazgur graduated from Vera Mukhina Institute in Alexander Kazantsev workshop.
Pupil of Ivan Stepashkin, Sergei Petrov, Kiril Iogansen.
Since 1957 he has participated in Art Exhibitions.
Member of LCRAU since 1961.
Paint a landscapes, genre scenes, subject pictures.
